Just make up the base and add your favourite veg. The following makes two large 10 inch pizzas as shown.

Ingredients
12 oz plain flour
1 tsp salt
1tsp brown sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 sachet of dried yeast
8 fl oz of hand-hot water

Method
Pre-heat your oven to 230 C.

Mix all the ingredients together and then slowly add the hot water.
